The Arneis is best suited like no other dry white wine as an aperitif and as an introduction into the opulent and tasteful Piedmontese kitchen. Antonio Deltetto is one of his leading producers.
Carlo Deltetto founded his wine cellar in the early 1950s in Canale, the heart of the Roero area. Following in his father’s footsteps, Antonio injected new life into the company at the end of the 1970s. The aim was to bring out the best in the rare varieties, such as Arneis and Favorita. The production of the wines uses only the grapes grown in the best areas, in 14 ha vineyards. The initial success is based on the production of his famous Arneis. He continues to demonstrate ambition and skill with his Reds.

Since 1875 the family Curatolo Arini (Rocca del Geco) produces excellent wines located on the west of Sicily. The growing area of the white wines reaches over the west hillylandscape, while the red wines are produced near to the center, moreprecisely in the region Caltanissetta.
Basically the wines are produced from the local bunch of grapes called Nero d’Avola and Inzolia. But international bunch of grapes like Syrah are used by the production as well, without denying the local terrain.
Thanks careful and clean work at the vineyard and the modern resources in the wine cellar, the extraordinary value for money of their wines is always assured.

The founder of Riecine, John Dunkley, an Englishman who became one of the most admired producers of Chianti Classico, and his Italian wife, Palmina, acquired the vinery in 1971. Located in the heart of Tuscany, in the small community of Gaiole in Chianti. They restored the old stone villa on the land and began reviving and replanting vines. Gary J. Baumann is now the proprietor of Riecine, which he acquired in 1996 from its original founder, and Sean O’Callaghan is still responsible for the winemaking process since 1992. Over the past several years, Riecine wines have advanced in quality to the highest levels and are enjoyed today by wine lovers in all corners of the world.

The former winery Marengo-Marenga in La Morra was purchased on January 1st 1965. This was added to the nine hectares of Nebbiolo grapes. This is located in Cerequio, known to be a top location. With this purchase, Gaja completed his positioning in the Barolo-Zone. Next to Sperss from Serralunga, Gaja became the owner of a second top location in Barolo.

Morellino di Scansano DOCG

Simone Castelli produces a powerful and voluminous Morellino di Scansano. A typicall Sangiovese with stunning depth and lots of finesse.
For his own project, Castelli followed his dream of integrating farming and wine producing on his land of 30 hectars biologically. On Podere 414, Simone Castelli, Maurizios son, has planted 11 hectars. The oldest Vines are of tenth years. The wineyards are planted in high density with 6800 vines per hectar which gives around 40 litres per hectar. Approximatly 85% of the wineyard is planted with Sangiovese. The remaining vines are Ciliegiolo, Alicante and Colorino. They produce only a single wine called Morellino di Scansano. Maurizio Castelli disapproves of Phantasienames. His priority is the Quality. The result is the simple and original Name of 414, the number of which the land is registered at.

The Spezieri is a unique wine, blended with Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Cabernet and Merlot grapes. A really simple, uncomplicated, fruity wine for a reasonable price.
In 1973 Count Alberto Marone Cinzano took over the company, with the aim to contribute to the development and success of Montalcino and its Brunello on world markets. The person responsible for viticulture, Giuliano Dragoni, is capable of delivering the best primary product. There-after Antonino Tranchida completes the cellar work with impeccable quality towards all products. Though consisting of 135 ha of vineyards and the production of 1 million bottles, they are able to produce typical wines of great class.

This Sauvignon is a finely aromatic and dry wine. The bouquet and the taste reminds us of yellow pepper and gooseberry. With a fair acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.
A history of Azienda Primosic takes root in the nineteenth century. In the first half of the twentieth century, the Collio started to bloom again as did Primosic thus starting to bottle its own wines in 1956. The revival came about thanks to Silvestro Primosic who today still dedicates the same passion to the vineyard development. Paying the utmost attention to the territory and in particular, to giving value to the local varieties.
Today, Silvestro Primosic continues to run the business with his sons Boris, who is in charge of administration and the cellar. Marko, who plans the winery’s activities and is in charge of sales.

The two top wine estates of Elena Walch are Castel Ringberg, overlooking Lake of Kaltern and Kastelaz at Tramin. Each vineyard is planted very dense. The 12 ha Castel Ringberg grows within its area the Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Vernatsch, Sauvignon and Cabernet grape. The 5 ha Kastelaz has the Gewürztraminer, Pinot Bianco and Merlot grapes. All wines reflect the distinctive characteristics of her producer. They are classical, elegant with a strong personality, made from single and local grape varieties. Carlo Deltetto founded his wine cellar in the early 1950s in Canale, the heart of the Roero area. Following in his father’s footsteps, Antonio injected new life into the company at the end of the 1970s. The aim was to bring out the best in the rare varieties, such as Arneis and Favorita. The production of the wines uses only the grapes grown in the best areas, in 14 ha vineyards. The initial success is based on the production of his famous Arneis. He continues to demonstrate ambition and skill with his Reds.

The former winery Marengo-Marenga in La Morra was purchased on January 1st 1965. This was added to the nine hectares of Nebbiolo grapes. This is located in Cerequio, known to be a top location. With this purchase, Gaja completed his positioning in the Barolo-Zone. Next to Sperss from Serralunga, Gaja became the owner of a second top location in Barolo.
An outstanding expression of two great Barolo terroirs, Barolo Dagromis has an intense colour, rich berry aromas with floral overtones and a solid structure balanced by rich softness.

A history of Azienda Primosic takes root in the nineteenth century. In the first half of the twentieth century, the Collio started to bloom again as did Primosic thus starting to bottle its own wines in 1956. The revival came about thanks to Silvestro Primosic who today still dedicates the same passion to the vineyard development. Paying the utmost attention to the territory and in particular, to giving value to the local varieties.
Today, Silvestro Primosic continues to run the business with his sons Boris, who is in charge of administration and the cellar. Marko, who plans the winery’s activities and is in charge of sales.

Since 1875 the family Curatolo Arini (Rocca del Geco) produces excellent wines located on the west of Sicily. The growing area of the white wines reaches over the west hillylandscape, while the red wines are produced near to the center, moreprecisely in the region Caltanissetta.
Basically the wines are produced from the local bunch of grapes called Nero d’Avola and Inzolia. But international bunch of grapes like Syrah are used by the production as well, without denying the local terrain.
