Le Quattro Terre
We would describe the acquaintance with the two brothers Giorgio and Matteo Vezzoli, from the still young yet magnificent Le Quattro Terre vineyard, as a complete stroke of luck. The small 6.5 hectare winery in Corte Franca, at the heart of the Franciacorta region, is surrounded by a stunning backdrop of dense forests, vineyards and olive groves. The perfect foundations are established for complex and subtle Francaicorta sparkling wine - produced in manageable and small volumes (approx. 45,000 yearly) - through careful soil cultivation, consistent yield reduction and gentle pressing.

Winemaking
After the high-quality Chardonnay grapes have been gently pressed, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the base wine is bottled, where the second fermentation with the yeast takes place for a period of 18 months. After the yeast has been removed (following disgorging), the necessary dosages are added to the wine.
Our tasting note
The Franciacorta Brut has a fine, brilliant straw-yellow colour. The nose is characterised by fresh fruit aromas as well as a floral note. Full-bodied on the pallet with fine perlage and a pleasant freshness. Smooth finish leaving behind a harmonious overall taste.

Winemaking
After the excellent quality Chardonnay grapes are softly pressed they undergo alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank. The base wine is then bottled where it is fermented again for 30 months on the yeast.
Our tasting note
This Franciacorta Extra Brut has a bright straw-yellow colour. A bouquet of the fresh aromas of white peaches and a hint of pear supported by subtle yeasty notes of brioche and almonds. Dry on the palate with a wonderfully fine perlage and long, elegant finish.

Winemaking
After the excellent Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes are gently pressed they undergo alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank. The base wine is then bottled where it is fermented again for 36 months on the yeast. Once the yeasts are removed (disgorging) the required dosage is added to the wine.
Our tasting note
This Franciacorta Rosé Millesimato is distinguished by its intensive rosy colour. A bouquet of the delicate fragrance of red cherries and rose petals. A creamy fine perlage on the palate, full-bodied and perfectly balanced. An elegant, long-lasting finish.

Description
All wine boxes are only available in combination with wine. The neutral triple-bottle wine case is very noble in design. The wine bottles are placed in a case filled with wood shavings which gives the wine an elegant look. The wine case is excellently suited as gift packaging.
